The price of the service includes a Kanta fee of 3 euros. Kela compensation is applied for automatically, we use direct compensation.
Kela does not reimburse for prescription renewals. The doctor’s chat appointment includes two prescriptions, if necessary.

Doctor Chat appointments are available unlimitedly every day of the year. The price of one appointment is 27.00 euros. They do not reduce the number of doctor visits included in the freedom of choice.
